Ryan Stiles sells Encino home for a loss after selling his estate for $3.1 million. The Housing Block editorial team has recently learned that Mr. Stiles did not break even with the sale of his Encino estimate. The 5-bedroom home was originally purchased for $3.45 million under a trust held by celeb business manager Bruce Lagnese. Zillow, stated “after first listing the property in 2010, the “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” comedian just sold it for $3.1 million.”

The Encino home was built-in 1976. The Rancho Estates home features rich oak hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. Some additional noteworthy features also include a wet bar in a large kitchen, 6+ baths, media room, and an entertaining backyard with a pool and barbecue area.

Mr. Stiles has had a successful comedian career which took off in the U.S. when he successfully lobbied to get an American version of “Whose Line?” produced on ABC in the ’90s. He went on to play Lewis Kiniski on “The Drew Carey Show” and a recurring role as Dr. Herb Melnick on “Two and a Half Men.”
