The 5-bedroom home was originally purchased for $3.45 million under a trust held by celeb business manager Bruce Lagnese. Zillow, stated “after first listing the property in 2010, the “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” comedian just sold it for $3.1 million.”
The Encino home was built-in 1976. The Rancho Estates home features rich oak hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. Some additional noteworthy features also include a wet bar in a large kitchen, 6+ baths, media room, and an entertaining backyard with a pool and barbecue area.
Mr. Stiles has had a successful comedian career which took off in the U.S. when he successfully lobbied to get an American version of “Whose Line?” produced on ABC in the ’90s.
