Ed Asner the legendary film and television actor has sold his charming bungalow in the Los Angeles for $1.307 million. Despite getting less than his original asking price. Property records show he paid $540,000 for the residence in early 1996.
Stanley Tucci Sells Country Retreat Just North of NYC
The home first appeared on the market and was reported by realtor.com® in September 2013. The actor originally asked $1.85 million for the updated 1775 country house. Property records show he received nearly that amount — the six-acre property closed in late January for $1.8 million.

Pharrell Increases his list Price on Miami Penthouse
Pharrell, has upped the asking price for his tri-level penthouse located in the Bristol Tower in Miami, FL by $99,000. The increase came after a number of adjustments which occurred in the past two years. The adjustment saw the luxury unit’s asking price drop by nearly $6 million. After a three-month hiatus off the market, Pharrell’s luxury unit has returned to the listings with a slight increase in asking price.
Scottie Pippen Shoots for $11.8M for Mansion with NBA Court
Scottie Pippen was attracted to a $16 million price when he began shopping the trophy home in December 2010. While the home was on the market it experienced some big price cuts over the past two years — $2.5 million in 2011 and $1.7 million in 2013. After a six-month hiatus off the market, it has returned with an ask of $11.8 million.
After a few price cuts, Ryan Reynolds was managed to sell his Hollywood Hills bungalow. Reynolds ended up selling the home for $1.405 million. Reynolds bought the home for $1,715,000 back in 2007. Of course, 2007 proved to be a pricey year for buying real estate and despite a nice 14.2 percent uptick for Hollywood Hills home values year-over-year, values have not returned to that number yet.
