The Housing Block makes no representation as to the condition of premises advertised on Housinglistings.com. The Housing Block is neither liable nor responsible for any Home Owners or Brokerages/Real Estate Agents or anyone who advertises on this "site" or of any tenants, buyer or whomever uses our "site" to find a home to buy/rent or contact Home Owners or Brokerages/Real Estate Agents or any other contact information that may be displayed on “our” “site”. The Housing Block is not responsible for the relationship between any relationships made by using our services and their disagreements.
Should “you” object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with The Housing Block in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the “Site” and the Service. The Housing Block will not be held be liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance.
“You” understand and agree that unless expressly stated, The Housing Block in no way controls verifies or endorses any of the information contained on or in the Service including listings, links, messages, advertisements and reviews.
Advertising Terms
Content must be accurate
Before posting “your” advertisements on our "site", please review “your” advertisement to be sure it is accurate, and complies with all local, provincial laws as well as with this policy. If any information later becomes inaccurate or misleading, “you” are responsible for correcting it. This policy applies to all content of “your” advertisement, including the descriptive text and the photographs/images. “We” reserve the right to remove any content that “we” deem, in “our” sole discretion, to violate this policy and/or to reject the submitted advertisement. Any advertisements that do not comply with this policy will not be refunded upon removal.
Requirements for Property Advertisements:
Photographs, text and images accompanying the text of your advertisement may not contain false, misleading, disrespectful, obscene, pornographic, sexually suggestive in any way, offensive, promotes bigotry, hatred or harm against any individual or group infringes another's rights, including any intellectual property rights; Advertisements cannot be illegal, threatening, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, obscene, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's publicity rights, harmful to minors, degrading or deceptive. Digital image and files must satisfy our technical requirements the text of the advertisement and any images must not include URLs; or other references to any other websites. This limitation prohibits inclusion of any contact information visible on a billboard or sign within the photographed property.
Keeping Personal Account Information Accurate
Each member shall be responsible for advising “The Housing Block” of any changes to their name, mailing address, email address or any other required registration information data. “The Housing Block” is not liable for misdirected communications such as mail or email or any consequence.

offer for rent in a variety of pricing formats, a specific rental property to
potential renters. We are not involved in any transaction between the listing
owner and an individual whom chooses to contact individual using the “site”. As
a result, “we” are neither liable nor responsible for any Home Owners or
Brokerages/Real Estate Agents or anyone who advertises on this "site"
or of any tenants, buyer or whomever uses our "site" to find a home

We are also not responsible for the condition of the vacation rental properties
listed on our Site or the compliance with laws, rules or regulations that may
be applicable to any vacation rental property in any jurisdiction.
